Share Your Voice to Make a Difference

The survey aims to gain a deeper understanding of the needs of the people receiving care, employees, clinicians, and commissioners, as well as the current challenges in the healthcare sector. This information will help us improve our services and your overall experience.

Catalyst Care Group is dedicated to transforming healthcare in the UK by adopting human-centred working practices to change perspectives and provide innovative solutions in the health and social care sector.

Your participation in the survey will contribute to our mission of shaping a better future for all.

The 2024 Catalyst Survey will be available from June 13, 2024, to August 9, 2024. With this survey, we aim to:

  • Develop an up-to-date understanding of current sector challenges.
  • Share expertise and experiences within the health and social care sector.
  • Enhance our practices to better meet the needs of the people we serve and their families.
  • Expand our knowledge to better support caregivers.
  • Work in partnership with sector colleagues to drive positive change.

Humanising Care Through Best-Led Practice

Last year’s survey served as a foundation to identify what needs to be improved in the health and social care sector. Through the past twelve months, we have implemented innovative strategies to continuously improve our services for the people we support.

Each day reflects our past efforts and our potential to empower people further to excel in their roles, adding a personal touch to the lives of every person and family we support.

  • We have tried to deliver high-quality care and support, enabling people to live independently within their homes and communities.
  • Our tailored services earned a “Good” rating from the Care Quality Commission.
  • We provided new learning and training programs to our support workers, enhancing their skills and passion for offering person-centred and compassionate support to every person we serve.
  • Our team has grown into a unified, people-centric family with a shared mission: to empower people to achieve healthier, happier, and more fulfilling lives.

As healthcare professionals, we have consistently strived to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to those who need it most. Regardless of our roles within the team, ensuring peace of mind and meeting the needs of the families we support has always been our priority.

Embracing change through continuous improvement is the cornerstone of our culture, values, and mission.

How to Participate in the Survey

This survey is entirely anonymous and will take 5-10 minutes to complete. You may skip any questions you prefer not to answer or are unsure about.

Survey Start Date: 13.06.2024

Survey End Date: 09.08.2024

At the end of the survey, you can provide your email address to receive a link to download the whitepaper publication once it is finalised.
