We Are a PROACT-SCIPr-UK® Accredited Training Center
We deliver a proactive, therapeutic training model (PROACT-SCIPr-UK®) for our professionals and carers working with children and adults with multiple care and support needs.
In partnership with the Loddon Training, we’ve become a PROACT-SCIPr-UK® training center to bring value-based, innovative methods directly into our care practices. This collaboration allows us to implement a whole-person model rooted in the real-life application of the Loddon Approach, enabling care workers and parents to provide support tailored to each person’s unique needs.
Through the structured certification program, we establish personalised, in-house training courses that meet the highest standards of care.
Honouring Every Voice, Reducing Restrictive Practices
PROACT-SCIPr-UK® teaches carers and professionals to recognise signs of distress early on, responding with empathy and understanding instead of restriction. It’s about preventing challenging situations and creating safe, supportive spaces. By listening to and supporting people to express themselves, our Positive Behaviour.
Support practices enable each person to build confidence, develop coping mechanisms, and find new ways to engage with the world. Together, these approaches turn what might seem like limits into possibilities, supporting each person to grow in their own way, with
dignity, choice, and a real sense of belonging.
