Rebecca Badgley

PROACT-SCIPr-UK® Principal Instructor

I am a PROACT-SCIPr-UK® Principal Instructor and have worked for Catalyst Care since March 2023.

I have worked in the health and social care sector since 2015. Working predominantly with adults and young people with Autism, learning difficulties and a variety of complex behaviours. I have been working as a PROACT-SCIPr-UK® instructor for over four years now. I started my journey as a support worker, mainly supporting young adults to transition out of hospital or group homes and into individual supported living homes.

I am a passionate, enthusiastic and emphatic person. With these values I aim to deliver dynamic courses that help people to improve their knowledge and skills to provide the excellent level of support that Catalyst is known for, with an emphasis on proactive strategies to improve quality of life and well-being for the people we support and the staff working with them.
