David Shields

I am David, a in-house trainer and PROACT-SCIPr-UK® instructor. I started working in care back in 2003 as a residential support worker for children and young people with serve learning disabilities, communication difficulties and could show behaviours of concern. The company was The Royal School for the Deaf (Now called “Seashell Trust”). In 2009, I became a Behaviour management trainer with our provider at the Time “Timian”. We changed providers to PROACT-SCIPr-UK® in 2016 when I became an instructor and later became a Principal Lead in 2022.
