Amy Butler

Therapy Team Lead / PBS Specialist Practitioner and Coach

I’m Amy, bringing over two decades of experience in health and social care to my journey.

Starting as a support worker, I’ve grown through roles like a registered manager and deputy area manager.

My passion lies in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), where I strive for a person-centred approach to meet individual needs.

I’ve dedicated seven years to Positive Behaviour Support, pursuing a master’s in applied Behaviour Analysis. I’m actively accumulating supervised hours for certification as a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst, showcasing my commitment to professional development.

Outside work, I cherish moments with my two children, exploring the outdoors. Nature is our backdrop for shared adventures, adding depth to both my personal and professional life.
