Catalyst Care Group has today launched its 2025 White Paper Survey, inviting carers, professionals, commissioners, and people receiving support to share their insights and lived experiences.
This annual survey has become a recognised platform for voices across health and social care to highlight what is working, what needs to change, and where progress can be made. By capturing these experiences, the White Paper provides commissioners, policymakers, and care providers with evidence that cannot be found in reports or statistics alone.
This year’s survey comes at a time of ongoing reforms across health and social care. The questions are designed to capture the reality behind these changes:
- What has changed in the past year?
- Have recent reforms created better opportunities, or added new pressures?
- Where are people experiencing progress, and where do barriers remain?
- What do carers, families, and professionals believe would make the greatest difference?
By exploring these questions, the White Paper aims to show how lived experience translates into evidence that informs future decisions. It goes beyond statistics, creating a picture of care shaped by the voices of people at the heart of it.
Why Your Experience Matters
Every perspective shared helps build a stronger foundation for care that values independence, dignity, and human rights. The findings will guide local authorities, NHS partners, and community providers in creating better support systems.
Take Part Today
The survey is open from 28 August to 28 September 2025. It takes only 5–8 minutes to complete, but the impact will be long-lasting.
Together, we can build a care system that reflects lived experience and delivers change where it’s needed most.
