We are looking for dedicated Female Support workers to lead the delivery of person-centered mental health services directly in people’s homes, ensuring care is both effective and reflective of our community values.

The Support Worker is responsible for delivering comprehensive healthcare services directly in people’s homes. This role is crucial in managing complex emotional needs, including behaviour that challenges and personality disorders, ensuring care is both effective and reflective of Unique Community Services’ values. You may be required to work a short (4–8 hour) or longer shifts. Shift patterns vary depending on the care package and support needs of each person we support.
