Through her work, she aims to facilitate open conversations across the sector to support people out of long-stay institutional care while building community capacity to meet the needs of our populations. Her role channels her passion for working with care providers, service users and families to help make tangible steps towards getting people back home from hospital placements. She is a Neurodiversity advocate with a firm belief that humankind can advance through different approaches to thinking.
