I have over 8 years of experience working in the Autism and Learning Disability field in various settings, such as specialist schools and residential homes.

My passion lies in reducing behaviours of concern and using skills teaching techniques to teach new skills. This commitment ensures that I am always striving to provide the best possible support, while also working towards the reduction of restrictive practices.
